Diana is a partner with Dinova Rusev & Partners. Her Banking & Finance practice is focused on financial transactions and security related work, with an expertise in data server re-allocation projects for banking institutions. Diana’s Mergers & Acquisitions experience lies in advising on the structuring of, drafting of the documentation for, and leading due diligence reviews in respect of transactions in this area, many of which take place within the financial sector and involve listed companies and complex capital markets and securities law considerations. In the area of Real Estate, Diana is focused on construction, development, sale and purchase contracts, regulatory advice and due diligence. She also advises companies, mainly in the financial sector, on corporate governance and company structuring as well as compliance with financial services and securities regulations.

Prior to Dinova Rusev & Partners, Diana worked at Ernst & Young as a lawyer. She speaks Bulgarian, English, French, Russian and Spanish and is admitted to appear before all the courts in Bulgaria, as well as the Appellate Court of the State of New York in the United States.
