Todor is a senior associate with Dinova Rusev & Partners. His Real Estate practice focuses on the transactional aspects of development and construction projects, in relation to which he advises on the regulatory framework in place, drafts documentation and undertakes due diligence reviews. In the area of Energy & Environment, Todor has experience in advising on a wide range of issues, including power purchase agreements, regulatory compliance and operational licenses, with a primary focus on renewable energy projects. His Employment law practice includes representing clients in data protection issues as well as their entry into all types of employment contracts. Todor also advises on unfair competition and consumer protection matters.

Prior to joining Dinova Rusev & Partners, Todor worked for one of the largest utility companies in Bulgaria and as a Coordinator of the Energy and Utilities Committee for the Bulgarian International Business Association.

He has been published in his areas of specialisation, most recently “Redundancy Law in Europe”, published by Kluwer Law, 2007 and “Notes on the Procedure to Calling a Strike in Bulgaria”, published by the European Lawyer in 2007.
