Maria is a senior associate with Dinova Rusev & Partners. As a Company & Commercial  lawyer she advises clients on a broad range of issues, including company formation, corporate governance, management arrangements, corporate reorganisations, law of business contracts, foreign investments incentives. Maria also has experience of commercial litigation. Maria’s Banking & Finance practice includes drafting and negotiation of loan and security documents, advising on the legal aspects of various banking products, and banking regulations. In the area of Employment, Maria advises on all aspects of employer-employee relationships and compliance with the regulatory framework in place.

Prior to joining Dinova Rusev & Partners, Maria worked as an associate with the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bulgaria. She speaks Bulgarian and English. Maria has co-authored “Age Discrimination Law in Europe”, part of the series "European Labour Law in Practice", published by Wolters Kluwer Law & Business in 2009.
